Terms and Conditions
This is an agreement between The Dog and Spoon and the said party.
The Dog and Spoon accept to board the dog(s) for a period of (said) days agreed by the owner.
No booking will be accepted without proof that your dog(s) are fully vaccinated along with kennel cough. We take the health and security of all the dogs we look after very seriously and unfortunately we can not admit any dog into our care until we have taken copies of their Vaccination records. Your dog must have completed the full course of routine vaccinations at least 4 weeks before their stay and we also require that they have had their kennel cough vaccination at least 2 weeks before their stay.
If a period of 4 days passes without collection of the pet after the agreed collection date and there has been no communication from the owner, Dog and Spoon may re-home your dog(s) to recoup any losses.
We accept card, cash and bank transfers. A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be paid to secure the room within 7 days of the booking being made, no deposit could lead to risk of losing your booking. All dates are confirmed at the time of booking, should you wish to alter these dates we must receive a minimum of 30 days’ notice or the full booking fee will apply. If we are unable to accept your dog(s) at the time of check in through no fault of our own then the full booking fee must still be paid. Once the deposit is paid for dates booked it is nontransferable.
No refunds will be made in the case of early collection or late check in. We do offer a late check out time or early check in time but this must be agreed at the time of booking and a small charge will be incurred, if this is not arranged and you check in earlier or check out later than the time expected an extra fee will be applied.
